Welcome on the Afip online network!
For more than ten years, Afip has been actively involved in the challenge of integrating young graduates from visible minorities in the workplace. We help young talented professionals in order to strengthen diversity of talents and guarantee equal opportunities, and work to raise awareness and good practices within business and institutions.
Thanks to AFIP’s 11 years’s experience, we know that focusing on recruitment is not enough. We also need to support career development, regardless of ethnic, race or religious background, in order to bolster minority diversity at corporate companies and to fight the « glass ceiling » against minorities.
To achieve this goal, this private collaborative platform is dedicated to identify and document some good practices allowing talents from diverse backgrounds to reach the heads of private or public organizations.
The cases build by our community will then go public, to help them spread throughout Europe and beyond. We will use webinars, events, newsletter, in order to reach and involve a large public of professionals.
Except for this public page, our platform allows only authorized members to exchange their experiences and build documented cases of good practices.
Exchanges take place within our thematic working groups, created and co-animated with our members and partners.
